Yes. Additional seats and larger credit pools are available on request for departments and core facilities.
Who owns the figures?
The account holder's organisation, under the Terms of Use. Members can export their work at any time, and the PI keeps access when a member leaves.
Do you offer training?
Yes — a one-hour onboarding session for the group is included with the Lab plan.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We invoice institutions in EUR or USD and accept purchase orders and bank transfer.
